ALL TIME DEF CLASSIC. MUST HAVE FOR ANY HIP HOP COLLECTION

Step In the Arena is the second album by hip hop duo Gang Starr, released in January 1991. "Step in the Arena stands alone on a musical level, yet it also remains true to hip-hop's underground heritage." In 1998, the album was selected as one of The Source's 100 Best Rap Albums. In 2007 it was named the greatest hip hop album of all time by IGN.com[4]. The song "Who's Gonna Take the Weight" was remixed for Grand Theft Auto IV by DJ Premier.

The group was an affiliate of the Native Tongues, which included the Jungle Brothers, A Tribe Called Quest, and De La Soul. It debuted in 1991 with the hit song "Flavor of the Month" and later released its first album, A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing, which gained them praise and recognition in the hip-hop community for the album’s unique rhythms and intelligent lyrics

JUST ICE - BACK TO THE OLD SCHOOL 1986
STUPID DEFFFF CLASSIC

http://www.mediafire.com/?wdwgyktjzgi
A former bouncer at punk clubs, Joseph Williams, Jr. was the first of the New York rappers to embrace gangsta rap, and when he burst out of Ft. Greene, Brooklyn as Just-Ice, he gained instant notoriety. Muscle-bound, tattooed, aggressive -- he resembled Mike Tyson in more than just looks -- and with a mouthful of gold teeth, he certainly stood out. His debut album Back to the Old School proved he was more than just a pretty face.

BOOGIE DOWN PRODUCTIONS - BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY 1988
DUM DUM CLASSIC. MUST HAVE IN YOUR COLLECTION

http://www.mediafire.com/?ozgaduwhymw
By All Means Necessary is the second album from hip hop group Boogie Down Productions, released in 1988, on Jive Records. After the murder of DJ/Producer Scott La Rock in 1987, MC KRS-One moved away from the violence that dominated their debut Criminal Minded and began to write socially conscious songs, while using the moniker "The Teacher".

MC SHAN - DOWN BY LAW 1987
ANOTHER MUST HAVE. STUPID DEFFFF

http://www.mediafire.com/?vwawtmqjyoz
Down by Law is the debut album by East Coast hip hop artist MC Shan. Released at the height of the Bridge Wars, a feud between artists from Queensbridge (such as MC Shan) and South Bronx (such as KRS-One), the album contains various dis tracks. The most prodigious of these disses are "Kill That Noise" and "The Bridge," which was later re-created as "Da Bridge 2001" by various Queensbridge artists. The album is produced by Marley Marl. It was the only Cold Chillin'/Warner Bros. album that was never initially released on CD by its distributor. The album was not released on the compact disc format until 1995, long after the 5-year distribution deal with Warner Bros. Records ended.

ICE T - RHYMES PAY 1987
ONE OF MY TOP 3 HIP HOP ALBUMS OF ALL TIME. STORY TELLING AT ITS FINEST

http://www.mediafire.com/?etilt2jdtm5
Rhyme Pays is the debut album of Ice-T, released in 1987.

The album, especially tracks like "6 'N the Mornin'," is considered to have defined the gangsta genre, and was the first hip-hop album to carry a Parental Advisory warning label, although it was years before the industry-standard explicit-lyrics sticker was developed.

TERMINATOR X AND THE VALLEY OF THE JEEP BEETS 1991
ANOTHER CLASSIC

http://www.mediafire.com/?gwtwmzkmhk0
Terminator X & The Valley of the Jeep Beets is the debut album by DJ, Terminator X. The album was released on May 7, 1991 for Def Jam Recordings and was produced by Terminator X and The Bomb Squad.
