If you're not from the South you might not understand how OUTKAST and their music changed everyone's perception of where we're from. In my opinion, so many people moved to Atlanta after ATLIENS dropped it's ridiculous. Keep in mind, that was before the Olympics. So, all that being said BIG BOI is still doing better than most and is definitely in my all-time top 5 mcs of what people like to call the rap-game.
